I always come back to my Bank Dtn Guelph at the corner of Quebec Street & Wyndham Street North. Very Courteous & Friendly Staff. It is wonderful when they Greet you with a Smile & Kind when it comes to helping with the Computer. The Parking is FREE when visiting the Bank during business hours.

Terrible hours. Closed during the weekend? What?

Unfriendly staff anytime I go in. Today she shuffled the money in her hand and barely counted it in front of me for some reason. Wish I could switch but other branches are always a pleasure.

This particular RBC location has perhaps the most inconvenient business hours of any bank in Guelph. It is open less than 8 hours during the week and closed on the weekends. The few times I have tried to visit this branch have been frustrating as it is not open early enough for the average person to attend before work, nor is it open late enough to attend after work.

I don't go to this bank but i often walk through to get to cork street. I was quit disgusted with the security at this location. RBC security and BMO security man were both at this location and attacked me verbally for allegedly parking in the BMO parking lot. I parked in baker street walked through BMO lot and through RBC where they both assumed i parked in the BMO lot and walked away without heading to the bank. RBC your security made me feel very unsafe because of the unkind yelling and threats that i was going to be ticketed me i was receiving for no reason i was on my way to work and that upset me right before my shift.
