Drive through machines are terrible for cars. New machines are too tall for sedans... dont even bother unless you have an SUV or van, or if you have the wingspan of someone in the NBA.

I have had quite a few issues with this bank. I had once tried to cash a cheque from my Lawyer, and they had said they would have to put a hold on it. I had asked why and their response was that they had to make sure it cleared??? It is coming from a trust fund, of course it will clear (as good as a government cheque). I also had issues with an insurance cheque from when my mom passed and they were going to freeze my Account again. My name on the cheque was also different from what they had on file. I went back to my maiden name. I provided health, drivers, passport and birth certificate, that states my name had changed. They would not except. I left went to my other bank account at the meridian and they cashed my cheque, no questions asked!! I have been with this bank for over 20 yrs. Switching to my other Account.

Service is friendly and courteous for the most part and warrants 4 stars although RBC in general is not as user friendly as TD but that has nothing to do with the review of this location.

I visit this branch annually when I visit from the US and have GIC options. I found everyone there very courteous and helpful.

Even though I see different faces inthis branch quite often, I receive good service and helpful advice. Thanks!
