The tellers are nice but the customer service at the front desk/on the phone was absolutely HORRIBLE! I called in to ask if I could talk to someone about a mix up with a direct deposit and the girl (not lady) gave me an ATTITUDE while talking to me. Every time I would tell her more about it, she started huffing and puffing because she was getting AGITATED that she didn’t know the answer. If you don’t know the answer that’s fine, just transfer me to someone who would know better! Don’t take it out on a CUSTOMER! Call was made Friday June 28th, at 3:15PM

The service here is terrible. The the Asian lady invented some delusional situation about somebody being rude and berates them and asks the person in front of people "If they want service because shes trying to help them" expecting the guy to take her garbage and say yes. Well he left and I'd be concerned about her professionalism if I was at this bank.

The tellers are a pleasure to work with as they are friendly. But when it comes down to speak with their financial advisors, and mortgage specialists, absolute garbage and dissatisfaction. Being a first time home buyer and someone who is educated in the financial system, speaking to a mortgage specialist here was a complete waste of time. I understand working in a bank revolves around sales, and they have "targets" to meet, but for someone coming in to get honest advice about one of the biggest investments in their lives was a joke. They have do not have the best interests of the client in mind and are very pushy to get you to sign papers to "lock" in deals, with minimum explanation. They do no fully disclose information about interests rates, and how these can affect individuals varying based on their lifestyle and financial situation. It is just push, push, push. I also have been educated myself on the new mortgage rules coming into place next year and went in with the intent to have the mortgage specialist elaborate some more thinking she would know things a little more in depth and shed some light but this wasn't the case. I raised this question several times, and she kept dodging it. I could keep going on but I will leave it at that and I believe pointing out names is unprofessional, just like their service. Don't come to this damn branch for one of the bigger investments of your life because they will not provide advice that best fit your needs, more so to best fit their aggressive sales targets.
