I posted last week and it was not a positive post about our experience over the last 11 years. Since then, there has been resolution with the bank advisor and I received a call from a manager after completing their survey who listened to my concerns. I am hopeful that moving forward, we will have better service than we have had.

Great and efficient if you’re a student , I think the negative reviews are from people who are old school and still like using the bank, everything is online now people , branches are a thing of the past. This place is the future

Do not go to this branch. Simple banking turned nightmare. Don’t waste your time. The drive through has given me countless problems. Cashless branch, completely useless.

Aweful aweful aweful. There is no continuity at this location, not a good characterization for a bank. They got rid of ALL their previous staff when they switched to the Scotia Solutions model, anyone there is new to the branch and there really isn’t many people here as this is an ATM based self-serve concept. Good idea for fast transactions but a really poorly thought out premesis. Firstly, remember this is ATM based so if you have a withdrawal limit yoy’ll have to increase it prior to utilizing the service. Sounds simple but don’t forget you have a limited number of times (3 to be exact) that you can temporarily increase a withdrawal limit at Scotia, unless you want to permanently increase limits... Which isn’t a great idea if your worried about comprimizarion of your cards at any point. Also, keep in mind that staff or phone assistance is strictly regular business hours so good luck utilizing the service after hours and requiring a more complex transaction or larger withdrawal. Secondly, let’s not forget that this is an ATM location so if you have a limited number of transactions they will add up during the month and you’ll pay overages... The concept is great but the fact regular transactions apply as well as limits, it renders a teller-less branch quite useless when you have to follow all the exact rules and restrictions of a standard ATM machine... Also they offer a nice pick your own cash machine, however there is only one and it’s been down for repairs countless times which also destroys the purpose and concept of the location. Great plan, poorly executed. I love it when banks make decisions like this without insight from the customers which provide all the money in which they run their services and make millions in bonuses to higher level executives, all without really caring what the customers want. So my interest rates get worse and worse every year, your profits continually grow, bank fees continually increase and I get no services and a handful of representatives... what exact services rendered verses value for my money and fees am I getting here at this location? Hmmm, great last quarter profits by the way, wonder why?

I have had excellent service at this branch and I get the new setup. most of my banking is electronic and I don't carry change often, so I couldn't care less if they had teller service. Loans, mortgages and investments are what most people go to the branch for and this branch has excellent friendly staff especially the receptionist.
