The telephone automated system you have is frustrating and lousy. Can’t reach anyone when you need to. That doesn’t say much for your bank.

this bank has very poor hours, they punish people for things that happen, i cant even see someone to discuss my punishment because their hours close early and people who work dont get a chance to go in
