Poor Service arrogant teller

Why go into the branch? It is obvious that this bank hires on the basis of politically correct hiring quotas....not merit. This teller acted like everything was a favour to me ...including depositing my money to changing the account to be associated with my account...A major undertaking to this individual.

Please give proper training to counter staffs , how to deal with customers. Their action and way of talking to customers looks like not interested to come there for transaction. playing mobile with drinking coffee. Very poor service.

I dealt with Michael A. setting up new accounts after an issue with fraud. He was very kind, knowledgeable and highly professional. I would recommend Michael at CIBC Upper James for your all of your banking needs.

I came in on Saturday, and Shawn was really helpful assisting me with online banking problems. He was patient and took the time explaining the problem. I highly recommend this branch, overall, very helpful staff.

This place deserves 0 stars. They are unreachable, their advisors and tellers are dead inside and have absolutely no will to help you in any way. Try calling the branch, at any time of the day, and I guarantee that you're going straight to voicemail. If you DO leave a voicemail, good luck getting an answer. This branch proves why having a physical branch is utterly useless and will drain your soul. I'll stick with my online bank so I would never have to deal with tellers and advisors again. Stay away from this branch at all costs.

This bank is actually ridiculous that it now locks the doors at 9pm so you can't even use the ATMs. It used to be open all night but has suddenly changed. You should re open your ATM after 9pm.
