I was unable to use the bank machines in the front foyer area twice this week because the doors were locked, but there was staff inside getting the branch ready to open. I was late for work trying to find somewhere else to take out money. Very inconvenient and disappointing.

Terrible and rude representatives, i believe they're racist. Can't take money without showing ID. I didn't get her name but she was kinda racist.

Can't access ATM when bank is closed. Stupidity.

I have dealt with this branch for over 7 years now (both personally and corporately) and I find them to be helpful and easy to deal with. They have always worked out issues and seem ready to serve. I have a business so the long hours they are open, the ability to deposit anywhere, the online support and the business advice has been great. The staff have made it happen - even when I come in with challenging situations on occasion. I now branches are constrained by head office, but these folks try to please and I appreciate that as it usually gets the job done.

Terrible service representative , was rude over the phone and not acknowledging a problem that was being explained. Shouted back and hung up the phone . Never experienced something like that. This staff member was Vesna Georgievski. Hire people that know how to respectfully speak over the phone as we are bringing business to the location and not trying to do anything but get good service .
