I was supposed to get 250 welcome bonus but the associate "accidentally" opened 2 accounts instead of 1 and closed 1 and that affected my eligibility for the welcome bonus. It's been almost a month so I called and they said it's not the call center that deals with it to go to the branch so i did where a lady told me it wasnt them who delt with it call the number so I did and they told me to go into the branch so I did and they said someone would call me back within 24 hours and to go home AGAIN. Now its 48 hours later. No personal banker has called me and I'm pretty fed up. I promised my kid we'd spend it on March break cuz I was supposed to receive it 2 weeks before. Now March break is over.. poor kid. I absolutely despise bmo and if they do not fix this within a couple days I am leaving (updated from 1 to 3 star. After finally getting someone to agree to talk to me going in person again they looked everything over and credited me 200 [the other 50 was for a stipulation that I had to deposit 5k in the savings act before Nov 30.] The manager never told me that upon opening my account. If she had of explained that to me upon registering I would have gave one extra star so 4 and if they auto deposited my bonus without me having to go back n fourth between branch and phone office 6 times I think they were hoping I'd let it go! Tsk tsk)

They are under staffed and it takes forever even when there's not a line up! Also some of the ladies here have that look on their face like they know it all and are better then you!! I hate that!!!
