iv had the teller named matt multiply times now. no matter what my request is he always serves me with a smile i wish all the bmo tellers were as welcoming as him

This "bank" prohibits you from spending your own money where you choose. They block debit transactions to organizations that they do not agree with ideologically. Additionally they charge exorbitant fees for holding digital currency units which they do not actually hold in reserve.
