horrible branch. they have done everything badly from losing credit cards to giving terrible mortgage advice to locking my car in their new parking garage overnight.

My first google review goes to this branch thanks to Kelly Kalman (could spell it wrong) for her arrogance without being able to do the basic job. I received a double payment on a recently closed credit card. Has gone through the dispute online, and they gave me a reference number to get the money at a branch because the card is closed. Ms Kelly Kalman, who is a coach for some reason, cannot find me on file without the help of a junior employee. And just repeated that they cannot do the refund for 10 minutes but fail to find a convincing reason. Fine. I'll just donate the 48 dollars.

The new building is really nice. The staff are extremely helpful. I was assisted as soon as I walked in the door, and they really took their time with me. Gave me all the information I needed and then some!
