Makes a mockery of easy banking. Can't even provide documentation of my investment accounts I have with them during a whole workday. Don't care if your taxes are due under large penalties for failure to provide such info. We are just customers to them, they do the minimum to help you, but the maximum to sell you. We are not clients and not even remotely treated as such.

So-called Manager Shelly is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Anything I request, she makes it an ordeal, always bringing up the past - my ex left me holding his debt I was stupid enough to co-sign for. I have since paid off all his credit cards and moved on with a successful business. This arrogant lady has the nerve to tell me that TD continues to keep the old information in my file. I cleared everything more than 12 years ago! The manager said it was her prerogative to keep this in the TD computers! Not even the credit bureaus keep records more than 7 years. This judgmental and subjective piece of rubbish chooses to keep this outdated information on file so they can feel superior to customers. I’m happy to say that I yanked my mortgage and all my savings accounts and took my business across the street to Scotiabank who where gracious, understanding and NO, they don’t care about what happened more than 7 years ago. I was also given a VISA with a much better credit limit that has travel points - something I’ve been asking TD to give me for years. So GOODBYE and good riddance to psychotic Shelly and her lousy and power tripping Bank!

Branch, always clean. Staff are excellent and get through the lines as quickly as they can while helping customers! they are also dog friendly and give treats to customers!

Staff feel they are better than everybody else and it shows, most especially in management, why this bank can still be profitable, is a mystery, other than ripping off low income customers, and fee deathing everybody's accounts to death. You should not need to pay 30 a month for service fees, no matter how much is in your account.
