My wife has enjoyed this Branch for many years including the staff who are super helpful and professional. She appreciates the services the bank provides specifically the banking plans are great! My wife really enjoys the bank machines in between the doors on the Wellington entrance and how they stay up-to-date with technology. She says that she feels very safe knowing they have a great security system and video cameras.

This branch of BMO is exceptionally well run. It is in an original facility that was built to house the bank probably back in the mid 30s to mid 40s ... The staff here are pleasant and smiling. They work fast so that when walking in if you do see a long line just know that that line will be waddled down to nothing in minutes. Great Branch and place to do your banking in General. One more thing. Wherever you have opened your account, no matter the location, all of BMO locations are acting as your own home personal branch, which I believe this bank started that while movement so a teller never has to ask questions like 'where did you first open this account' It sounds trivial but internally to the bank it makes sense that your banking information is being tied to your actual hime branch without you knowing this, fir records and book keeping endeavors. You or I would not really understand the true nature and the real importance of keeping these records internally, then transferred to your home branch so they hav a copy of your transactions history. If you did find my review/information helpful, please 'smash' that thumbs up button! ... Thank-you.

I have tried multiple times to go in and cancel my banking with BMO and there has been a line out the door. I have switched to tangerine because their customer service is brilliant compared to BMO. Although I am not a fan of BMO this branch is alright. The staff is friendly when you finally speak to them and the place is clean.
