Staff is extremely knowledgable. Long wait, but that can be avoided if you go on no-cheque days (i.e. don't go near the first or end of the month). I bicycle there, and there is a convenient bike rack outside. No washroom, if you have to vomit, you have to do it in the lobby. The staff is very friendly, trusting, if I leave my bank card at home, they still do withdrawals for me (they know my face there). I never use the machine,, any CIBC machine, for safety and personal reasons. Area is full of vagrants and drug users, but I was not robbed yet outside. I like this bank very much, because they give out cash, unlike the branches at Oxford and Richmond and at Huron and Adelaide.

Waaaaaay to long of a wait every time *20-30mins for WD or bill payments*. (Been there 10-15 times)

Made a deposit at the brand new machine, was very slow and couldn't give me American money. So I had to wait in line for a teller. Should have been 2 minutes, took 10-15. But nice new clean shiny branch
