I love the extended hours and the customer service is also great. Most of their service are competitive with other banks.

Mortified by the conversation I just heard on the bus between 2 TD employees. Discussing the accounts of customers they had helped today & how annoying their customers were. That's right Nicole Jackson, the entire bus heard you say you played video games on your phone while you ignored your annoying customers. You should take off that shiny name tag with TD all over the strap before you make your employer look bad. Her cohort was discussing detailed transactions regarding a fraud account. I am a TD customer & I assure you I will never call the phone line again. I wouldn't want to annoy anyone who is being paid to play video games & broadcast my information to the public. Absolutely appalling.

This is my second consecutive day visiting this branch. The tellers are NOT at all trained to handle queries that are not related to basic day to day transactions. Day 1: stood at the counter for 50 minutes while the teller went back and forth with other team members and managers. Day 2: went back to resolve the same query, waited for 30 minutes, similar drill. And did I mention that they don’t even listen to what you ask them to do. AVOID this branch if you want to get something done that is a little complex than day to day banking transactions.

Great centralized Branch for TD Canada Trust. Clerks that do work behind the wickets are accurate, precise, all the while being courteous, as well as showing great respect for the customer. No matter if your withdrawing, paying a bill or doing any other type of customer interaction with the clerk. The amount could be from one thousand dollars to fifty-cents, they will treat everyone the same. Excellent branch in an excellent location. If you did find my review/information helpful, please 'smash' that thumbs up button! ... Thank-you.
