Understaffed, no signage on where to go; got bumped out of line by business customers, slow, manager attempted to help me while I waited for a rep and was not at all helpful; asked me about my other banking which was irrelevant, wasn't even able to log into his computer, waited longer until a rep showed up from a break. Had enough, done with them and not looking back

Pretty sure Farhi owns this building but I would like to know who staffs the "security" & makes tells these un-hirable dregs what building policy is. It's pouring rain outside & the sidewalks are at her ice. Would it really kill them to allow people to take shelter in the foyer while waiting for a bus? It's blocked from the rest of the building, including ATMs, so security us not an issue. It's just something that these minimum wage rent-a-cops can do to make themselves feel important & their employers feel like they are paying them for a reason. They sure don't get paid for being tactful or polite & obviously don't have a dental plan. My decision to part ways with RBC & leave my Farhi rental was majority reinforced after my interaction with this extremely ignorant female rent-a-cop this evening. "You CAN you the ATM, but then you have to get out, there is no lingering!" bi€@h!
