They dont deal with coins and make you wait 10m to talk to the single teller on staff. What is the point of a bank that doesn't take cash. Useless location since the renovation. They can't do anything for you that you couldn't already do through online banking.

I do not know why this location even exists. It used to be a nice place where you can deal with all matters. Right now there is no reason to go there. There is nothing that you can do more than through your online banking. Waste of time…

I see that they have a phone number for the branch, which is nice. What I dont see is that they pick up the calls. Pick up your telephone if you make your number available to customers.
