Like this branch as the tellers try to get to know you! ... They always care and are trustworthy to give the advice one would find appropriate to the situation thats arisen and came to the surface. They are more then willing to help out the patrons of their branch. plus like most banks, even if you set your account up at another branch any TD Canada Trust branch can and will serve you as information is shared through their computerized system of networks, and such. Very clean branch as well. If you did find my review/information helpful, please 'smash' that thumbs up button! ... Thank-you.

Lackluster staff to say the least. Today I told the person at the counter what I wanted done with a cheque 5 times and he got it wrong every time. So I finally brought it up with him and he responded rudely. When you complain at this branch their response is to tell you to take you money to another bank. Easy to see why this location is closing.

Terrible customer service. Probably never go back to this branch again.

Worst TD in London no respect for customers.. Yes I know it's in rough area but the type of attitude I got.. I lost my biz credit card for my company had owner name on it I tried to give them my info an give her my phone with owner of card on it. they thought was a scam or something. I was in my work clothes very dirty with cut on my forehead so I looked in rough shape but I had pin number for card and owner on phone.. They thought I was lieing I work 12 to 16 hour days I'm not gonna look clean I drive a 70 thousand dollars vehicle which I tried to show you an I make more then anyone working at that bank had a pay stub on me to show them..Moral of story Don't judge a book by its cover just bc i dont where a suit dont mean im poor.. You guys looked at me like I was a astronaut.. They you pushed out chip to say it won't work anyways to end the dilemma.. Stay clear of this Bank if you a real working man.

Actuator doors but a bit tight to squeeze in. They have a lineup queue that uses "ropes" so it might be a bit of a problem if you use a wider chair/scooter.
