They keep closing branches and making it harder to have access. They have closed all branches if not all in northeast London. One of the least mobile places in London and you close access. Maybe don’t spend so much on stupid advertising, pay more attention to customers needs

Can't reach anyone by phone. I live in California, so it's my only option. Left messages all day long with my number, no one is calling back. Planning a trip to Canada next month to see them in person. Let's see if they can call before then.

Have been trying for the last five hours to speak to a representative at this branch. Each and every time I ended up with a message to leave a message. How the heck can I actually reach someone if all you get is an answering machine?

Hit and miss here depending on who you get. Sometimes extra long wait cuz for some reason some of the staff seem to rather be socializing and only have 1-2 tellers actually working. One incompetent incident happened where i asked if i can get paper billing of my visa bill...the guy changed all my accounts into paper bills instead except the visa acct bill....charged me $2 on all my acct till i went back to ask why and so on.
