Before i went to this branch, I read some review. And I was ready for their unkindness. My daughter and my son got their service. First, the guy in the left with my daughter was really kind, but the guy(I guess he is muslim with his hijob(?)-I don't know it's spelling exactly) was really unpleasant. He mumbled and was annoying. We couldn't understand well bcs It was raining hard outside. We had a problem with opening account and he gave us wrong information. So we spent a lot of time looking for the branch he gave us(even no exist in the area he told us). What a bas***d! My son swear he would never go that branch again or if he goes there again he would report to manager. He was really angry. It was his first experience of this bank and he was just of age at that time.

I've had more trouble with this branch! Tellers not listening, one in particular with the short dirty blonde hair needed to make sure she was right. Even though she was actually wrong. If that's going to be your attitude, I'm sorry but you shouldn't be dealing with the public. You were very unprofessional, and had you listened, instead of trying to prove you were right you would have seen the issue. Your branch Manager took care of it. Thank you to the teller I dealt with and the manager. This woman has screwed up many times since I've banked witg RBC. They need to re-evaluate their enployees.

Awesome bank with some very excellent women/men behind the wickets ... very kind kowledgeable staff as well!! I bank here ... hours are decent too. I get the same teller pretty much most of the time, she is extreamly nice and asks you if you would like some candy everytime you get up to her wicket. Even the greeter who is at the main front desk when you walk in is always happy, if I didn't know anybetter id thimk that was part of her job description. You must treat all customers with the dignity and respect. If you did find my review/information helpful, please 'smash' that thumbs up button! ... Thank-you.

The friendliest staff I've ever experienced in any bank.
