I have booked an appointment with RBC, left work and 3 workers hanging there not knowing what to do, got here on time and set for 20 minutes. No one has came to me to tel me how much longer I have to wait. Finally the person I had appointment came to me and said I need to wait another 10 to 15 minutes! How don't know it is gonna take 35 minutes more so you can let me know when I got here?! So disappointing. I cancelled this appointment, booked another one In another branch, same story. Waisting my whole day. How a bank doesn't know how much time they need for appointments? Only online banking is good. In the branch it is the worst bank

I am happy to be an RBC customer!

I went into this branch for the first time today and I will never go back. The teller was rude and abrupt; I ended up leaving before my transaction was complete.

Awesome bank with some very excellent women/men behind the wickets ... very kind kowledgeable staff as well!! I bank here ... hours are decent too. I get the same tellers pretty much most of the time, He and She are extreamly nice and asks all the appropriate small chat questions, like; about the weather, how has your day been, ect. Even the greeter who is at the main front desk when you walk in is always happy, if I didn't know anybetter id thimk that was part of her job description. You must treat all customers with the dignity and respect.

Very professional and courteous to me each and every time. However, they like to ask personal questions at the teller. Not sure if trying to be friendly or looking for opportunities to upsell, and for that, I rate 4 stars instead of 5.
