Horrible service. All the tellers are new and don't know what they are doing. I wasted my whole lunch just to tell me that they couldn't put a payment on my credit card. And she didn't even tell me why. Plus she made me switch both of my passwords and both my cards. She didnt even ask her manager. She asked another new person. If I could rate 0 I would. I'm gonna be switching my bank that hires people that know what they're doing. And that I can understand. TD Canada Trust here I come.

I was given 3 answers for the same question on telephone banking regarding a simple joint saving account. Finally she suggested I call the branch directly. I called the branch several times, each time it went directly to voicemail. I guess the telephone rep just wanted me off the phone. As a new to the bank customer, I am not impressed by telebanking or the branch, who I am guessing thinks a phone is for outbound calls only. Thank goodness this is a temporary relationship with BMO. The hours at BMO alone are enough to keep me away, they are almost offensive. Why would anyone CHOOSE to bank here? A business that uses it's customer's money to make BILLIONS in PROFIT YEARLY owes it to their customers to consider their needs when deciding on their hours of operation. They can obviously afford it. I shouldn't have to rush from work to race to the bank just to squeak in under closing time or spend my lunch hour in line at the bank. (I don't have to because there is an alternative.) If BMO doesn't consider their customer's needs important enough, they are just a bricks and mortar vault. I look across the street where it is a comfortable place, they open 1.5 hours earlier and are open AT LEAST an hour later: some branches on Sundays 10-4 Saturdays 10-3 vs 8-4. Hmmm, wonder where I will bank?

Nice environment. I never had to wait here very long, although I only use the Automated Teller.
