Horrible advisors at this branch. You schedule an appointment to see them to open up accounts with all documents in hand as per their list, then they tell you they need more documents that are not on the list. I have multiple accounts with TD and dealt with many TD branches in Ontario. This branch is the worst. Unfriendly, unprepared, uninformed. They have done this twice to me. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Never again.

Staff are very helpful and always willing to help customers Advisors are very knowledgeable and responsible for customers, especially when they have real question regarding their day to day finance. Branch is clean and tidy

I typically love TD bank, especially for their service. Not this location though. They didnt seem like they care and we’re not friendly at all

I went to this branch to paid a TD visa bill today usually is quick and simple. It was on a Sunday not very busy. The teller who helped me required a manager's initial on the cheque before he can process the payment. The person he approached with all the paper work in his hand said he will came to the teller later to initial the cheque. We waited and waited and waited while he started to help another and total ignored us. Then he went to a different person and I was told there will be a 5days hold on the cheque. I paid this visa account the same way every month. This is the first I heard of such requirement. That was unbelievable. I left and went to a different branch to pay my bill which was quick and simple the way it should be.
