Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Aaron at this branch who was kind enough to resolve an issue over his lunch hour. He exhibited courtesy and professionalism which was appreciated for my time sensitive issue. I am eager to bring more of my business over to this branch.

helpful and friendly staff. very patient to answer my questions. Guys this is a real help center only. There is ATM there but no teller. closing later than regular branches which is great too.

This branch does not have cash teller. Their ATM room does not have air conditioning. The machine won’t read the printed number on cheques for several times. It feels like in the hell in that room depositing my cheques.

Bob, Deval and Aaron are a spectacular trio of well informed, knowledgeable staff members that will help you with anything needed. I have dealt with each one personally and do not have a single bad word to say about them! I would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Wonderful service from Tim Wang. He was quite friendly, helpful and had sufficient knowledge and experience to satisfy my requests in a timely manner. I've raised the credit card limit, and also got a TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite Card (with an awesome promotion of 1 year annual fee rebate). I'm probably going to come back to this specific branch to get some personal financial jobs done. Please be mindful that this branch DOES NOT have tellers (It only has ATMs). I believe that this branch is for investment-, business- and mortgage-related services only. For parking, there's a free street parking (20 minutes limit, but it should be fine if you park more) right in front of the branch.
