This has been my home branch for twenty years or so, it was a great location to go in to get any sort of banking done but now they have switched over to a new "modern" approach where in there are no tellers and every single service, so far, that I used can no longer be done at this branch. This isn't the only CIBC location to have done this. For the most part this is fine with me but my mother is unable to keep up with technology and was dependent on a local banking for taking care of certain payments easily. What few times I have gone in to try to get something done there would typically be someone there verbally stating that this branch is now useless to them as well. They have removed any sort of personal touch and have essentially created a strange place that has so far refused to do any of the banking I used to do when coming in before, a very useless place to say the least.

I am considering moving my business from CIBC, it has become too difficult for me just to get a bank draft. I have to google which branch i can go to and which branch is just ATM branch with no teller. After searching a lot i could still not find and it's so frustrating. Byebye CIBC

Cash only with ATM but I didn’t have my Debit card with me. They nicely made one time exception for me and took care the business.

terrible service and I would never go back. Called in for an appointment a week earlier. When I show up, no one seems know when and who I was going to talk with. Willing to let me leave instead provide service I was requesting. never go back
