Staff were not knowledgeable about basic retail banking information, even provided incorrect wire transfer information... A young lady helped my parents open savings account, she was more business oriented rather than customer focused. The "show me your money" attitude made us quite uncomfortable, but it seemed she did not care at all as we didn't do investment or other her preferred business that day. No more visit at such a branch where advisor cares about earning money only but not delivering customer satisfaction.

Staff is not helpful at all... Did not know they close at 4, this lady keeps starring at me giving me a x hand gesture. A small gesutge can go a long way if they can open the door and speak with me instead of playing charades would've been much better customer service.

One of the worst branches to deal with, not very customer friendly. I can go to ANY of the other branches and be able to cash my monthly check just fine, this branch gives some BS story how they can't do that and it has to be deposited into my account first... which if I wanted that, I wouldn't bother going into the branch in the first place, I'd just do so from my phone at home.

I do banking with TD's downtown typically and have very pleasant experiences. I came to this one and they tend to treat you really poorly here. I asked for statements for my accountant and they wanted to charge me $15 for printing them. I do this ALL the time with my branches elsewhere and have never been asked to pay for them. I have over 7 accounts with them but they don't seem to value anybody... Would not go there again for anything

Be very careful and pay close attention when dealing with tellers at this branch, particularly when depositing and withdrawing cash. Had a close scare recently and almost lost $200 when a deposit was entered in as withdrawal.
