The teller’s are busy checking their phones. So rude, they make mistakes counting physical cash by hand. Don’t use the machine to count notes. There is no professionalism in the bank, they are mixing professional and personal life together and taking their customers for granted, especially at this location with customer service. But no choice this is the only branch open till 6pm in my neighbourhood. So sad RBC ☹️

Lack of staff. Lack of knowledge, seems nobody knows what they are doing. Always have to ask what they need to do. I would not recommend do banking with this location. Never!

Very horrible experience. The teller Meena doesn't know how to do the job, after few times not happy with RBC, I am considering change mu bank already. At least never go back to this stupid place.

Ridiculous. I deposited cash and got a call 30 mins later and said they were short 600. I verified the amount myself and so did the teller. Without my authorization they took 600 out of my account. I went to the branch immediately and they said nothing can be done without the branch manager. They took 600 out of my account just to balance their own account. How is that even legal? If i want to make quick money maybe I should work for this branch and steal cash from their customers too? 600 bucks in 30 mins isn't bad.
