Awesome staff. Janet was courteous and professional. Not to mention very quick and efficient.

I don't feel valued as a customer. Just a fact. I had a cheque from my auto insurance company and they said a five business day hold. The reason is irrelevant, I will never recommend CIBC to anyone ever. 5 business day holds going to a teller over an ATM or pic deposit with the app ( same as for all ) shows complete disrespect for my time as a client and the tellers right to a job. Cibc is the worst decision I'VE made in the ladt few years.

Super slow service. Waiting in line for 15 min and counting. Only two tellers working and the rest of the staff hiding behind their offices while they could’ve open up the third teller stall.
