Usually slow service. The direct deposit form provided by the bank had the wrong transit number on it and as a result of that I could not get paid when I needed to be.

They never return calls. Been at the branch for 8 years and they still pretend that they dont know you. Really poorly run outfit. I worry about giving them my money.

Eric was my teller. He spoke rudely and was in fact wrong with his denial to my request. Called head office and they made the correction in my account and personally told me to avoid that location and are putting me in touch with someone to further the complaint with customer relations. Even if Eric thought he was correct, his demeanour made me call head office to want to close my accounts altogether due to the lack of respect. Someone like that should not be dealing with clients. Unfortunately, I still need to close my account because this location is close to my work and now BMO became inconvenient as a location for my banking.

Service is good once you get a teller but there are never enough tellers working at the same time. Always has line ups at lunch time and after 3pm on weekdays. Try to get Eric or Gerard (tellers) - they are good.
