If I could give 0 stars I would. Been banking with Scotia for 10+ years and have seen the service decline significantly compared to other financial institutions over the years, however this branch specifically is beyond terrible. Went in to ask a question regarding my account and some financial fees - after an unsuccessful attempt to receive a satisfactory answer from the teller I asked to speak to a financial advisor but was denied. Firstly, what kind of bank does not let their clients speak to an advisor or manager when trying to clarify a concern or issue? Secondly, the teller had terrible attitude and was unwilling to help after refusing to allow me to speak with someone else. I will be closing my accounts after this experience and I sincerely hope this branch manager reads this and reaches out to rectify the situation so it does not happen to future customers.

The lady teller here was so racist to me since she requested me to take my hat off while everyone else didn't have to. She said that was bank's policy to ask everyone to take off ther hats, but I came to many other branch, they never ever did that to me. Other people looked at me as a criminal when she asked me to do that. I never ever come back to this branch.

Always a line and only 1 or 2 tellers working. Very annoying. Standing in line as I make this review waiting over 15 minutes now.

Unprofessional. Worst experience. Called in to make an appointment, the teller booked me on family day. Ended up close.
