Called 3+ times to the branch for the issues and finally got call back a few weeks later. Not satisfied with their efficiency.

Came to the ATM after-hours, though I still saw people inside. Tried to get some money, but the machine ate my card and wouldn't return it! Waved down a woman and tried to talk to her through the glass door (I understand bank procedures aren't allowed to open the doors after hours), but she just shook her head and walked away...

Every time I walk into this branch I wait for over 15 minutes in line, and end up walking out. Regardless of the day or time. The offices are always full. There is usually 1 or 2 tellers that are away from their stations 'helping' other clients, or personal vacation conversations. If this is the future of banking I hope the ATM's do take over for actual tellers. I just wish in the meantime the ATM's could be updated provide you with everything you need so the teller is really no longer necessary

This branch is exceptionally slow at processing. Cursotmer service may be nice however they are not efficient at all. Expect a 20-30 minute wait time before you are serviced at the teller. Expect tellers whom aren't so experienced as their turnover rates are relatively high. I really hope ATMs can take over their roles, it's ridiculously frustrating having to wait 20-30 mins for any business transaction. Bring a book or soemthing, cause you won't be pleased about the wait. This is the reason I switched banks.

I'd give 0 star if I could. The staff I talked to had an accent that was a bit hard to understand but she had a bad attitude when I asked her to repeat. The staff was unfamiliar with their own product. I asked for USD bank draft and she told me it's 7.75$, but when the draft was done 12$ was deducted from my account.
