Extremely slow customer service. However, regular customer service line is even faster than premier customer service line. Moreover, The Customer Representative doesn't want to help their customer solve problems. Wasted a whole hour for nothing. Fine, HSBC loses a customer.

This HSBC branch opens on Saturdays and is conveniently located in Market Village. Parking is available as the lot is huge. Traffic is high and line-ups are a common occurrence. The service is fast, brisk and efficient.

Extremely slow service.

Poorly trained and rude employees could not fix a simple issue. I had to go another HSBC branch because this one did not know how to resolve it, and they fixed it in under five minutes.
