Polite service (depending who you meet) Lineups, at times, could be long. Easy access location.

Worst RBC branch I have ever had to deal with from Client Care Manager Marisol V to Raj. K (Senior Account Manager). Very unprofessional and a word of advice - please take the extra step in ensuring that your clients are serviced as you would like someone to serve you with you banking needs. I understand that there is a process in place to verify cheques and funds so do follow that, do call the issuer to verify, just don't sit and collect your pay checks without working for it.

Finally decided to write a review because this bank has failed me on various important occasions. Stay away if you have any important business banking to do. You'll be met with ultra paranoia for any large transactions even if it happens to be your home branch and you've been banking with them for years. You'll be asked private questions to access your own money. You'll sometimes be denied from accessing your own money even if all the funds are cleared. They've even threatened to shut down my account once for no good reason. The frequency at which this stuff is happening is alarming. Your hard earned money is not in good hands here.

Worst bank and service. Understaffed and long line ups no matter the time and day.

Yes there is lineups at this location, but there is a lineup at every location. The bank is doing they job, and helps us when we need it. Some people you just can’t satisfy. Use this branch if you need a bank. The tellers are friendly and the place is in an easy to get to location.
