Best HSBC in the GTA. Fast and friendly customer service.

quite nice service and it is not too busy, so very short wait time

WORST RACIST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am going to write their head office! They treat every transaction like we are committing a fraud. They are holding cheques for 10 business days. Unacceptable. Worst of all, they live in Canada but they treat "non Asians" like they are unwelcome. I will not bank here and tell my facebook friends that this bank is NOT your friend!

Been here on a few occasions, wasn't busy and staff were not slow.

Horrible customer service. Seem very racist towards non-East Asians.
