This is a smaller location and it looks a bit more dated that other branches. There was no one in line but the teller service seemed rather slow. Also there was no one at the welcome desk at least when I visited. Thankfully one of the financial advisors was able to assist me and save me from waiting in line as it seemed as if it would be a long wait.

This branch at Major Mack and Jane has the most incompetent and unprofessional staff. I've had nothing but issues from the start with opening my account and being billed fees that I should not have been charged. If they promise to waive any monthly fees in order to get you to open an account DON'T DO IT. They'll waive the first month then charge you all the other months after that. They really are crooks and I'm not going to mention names, but avoid this branch and RBC entirely. I'm not promoting any other banks but TD Bank or even BMO have much better customer service than them 100%. Go with any other Bank except them - that is my honest recommendation.

This branch scams/hustles customers - if they invite you to open an account to get a promo or discount don't believe them there is ALWAYS a catch. Also don't deal with Marco Mafrici - he is one of the account managers at this branch and is dishonest, unethical and won't answer your emails or phone calls.

RBC has companies repossess cars that they have nothing to do with. RBC is a bunch of crooks that beat up elderly people. RBC support Xi Jinping.

Opened multiple accounts at this branch with the help of Ali who was very friendly and knowledgable and produced financial recommendations based on my personal needs. I would highly recommend his RBC branch!
