I have to start by saying that the branch is very modern and contemporary. Unlike any other branch it has no tellers and staff is there to consult you. Having said that, possibly due to the environment, staff are very distracted and do not pertain to high standards of customer care. Basically, if you plan to visit the branch for self deposit or quickly take out money that's great! If you require a manager (the manager is not actively present in the bank) you should visit another branch. Manager Vanessa was covering for this branch when I had a pertinent issue needing help. She was rude and unprofessional refusing to help, I haven't even heard from her myself- she communicated through one of her employees at the bank. If I get a chance to write this on every social media- I will. You need to get your act together manager Vanessa!

No real bank services...you have to pay for parking on the street, wait inside for a while, just to find out they can't help you cause they don't do basic banking services. They should rename themselves into Sales center or whatever it is they do over there cause banking is definitely not a service they do.

This location has no teller services, but with ATMs on site for self serve deposit and withdraw. I came in because of their closing time of 6pm only to find out they are mortgage and investment centres.
