Extremely bad experience in the branch. One customer representative made an unforgivable mistake in my bank account. Later when she asked another representative to help, her attitude was still very rude and mean. Most of the time when I wanna speak, she would interrupt me right away. She even wanted to take my phone away and see my BMO online banking without my permission. I'm being very offended by this action. I am sure she knows a lot of knowledge, but I hope she could learn some manners first (if she wants to work in a professional bank). Finally, it was totally a waste of my time to go to this branch.

I’m sure they teach a lot of knowledge to these employees who went to school for finance, but if there’s one thing they didn’t teach them is to admit when they’re wrong about poor customer service. Don’t waste your time going to a branch filled with incompetent employees.

I visited to this branch to open a BMO investment account and the customer service representative told me to wait for 15 min but they called me after 30 min and finally i opened the account. I was new to investment and i don't have any idea how it works and mutual fund representative didn't explain me properly and the representative feeling difficult to talk with me in English that's so bad . i called to customer service online even they are half knowledge and they are not sure what they are telling to me . Finally wasted my time 1hr 30 min at this branch . So i suggest the people to visit a good branch with rating atleast 3.5 above rating and don't do experiment by visiting this branch because it's about money .

THIS IS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU CALL THEM NOT THE PHYSICAL LOCATION. I noticed 30 bucks mysteriously dissapear from my account, I called customer service and have been on hold for over 23 minutes and STILL waiting. But BMO does this alot. Randomly takes random money and I have to call, wait for a long time then they figure out it was a mistake on their end and put it back. Very inconvenient. I wouldnt be as mad if it didnt take so damn long to get a hold of someone.

I had an appointment with an investment advisor. I was on time for my appointment and Mr. DASMOHAPATRA knew I was waiting. I was waiting for 30 min until I got fed up and left. This particular branch needs some coaching on customer service and valuing there customers.
