Poor customer service. I had an appointment with Mariam Al Musa 3 weeks ago regarding an application. I needed to send a few extra documents via email, did not get a reply back. Wanted an update on my application and went to the branch a few days later and another advisor told me I needed an additional document. She did not call to inform me I needed this document. Went in the next day and gave her the papers and was told it would be activated on that day or tomorrow. Then I check my account and still nothing. I called her office and left a message. Did not get a phone call back. Called the branch the next day and was told she was out on lunch. Then called in the evening, was told she was in a meeting. By the end of the day still no phone call back. Had to call the next day and finally tracked her down. If only I had gone to a different branch, my application would have been handled in a different matter. Poor customer service overall.

I had a terrible experience with Mathew Chang who is a senior financial advisor at this branch. He was half an hour late for our appointment and offered no explanation for the delay. His attitude was not welcoming at all. The conversation was rushed and he did not seem like he wanted to talk. I have been going to this branch for 4 years now and have never had a bad experience. All the staff is amazing and very helpful. I have seen Mathew speak very rudely to another customer as well, on another day while I was waiting to see someone else. With this attitude of his, he should be not be dealing with customers.

Worst TD service Ive ever seen. They have lied to my face when applying for a credit card saying it has been sent, took 2 months to realize they applied me to the wrong credit card and made a mess with my credit. They put unnecessary holds my cheques beyond normal wait times. They provide no help on the phone when you call, telling me to call customer service instead of helping. Employees are incompetent and shouldn't be working there. If you're a business owner dont waste your time here, Ive been coming here for over 4 years and its still the same. Most of the time im forced to drive to Toronto because I cant deal with them.

If you need to do anything other than use a teller, please just read up online. Redflagdeals can provide you a lot more information than the financial services rep. What a waste of time TD has become. Absolutely zero effort from the rep to figure out an answer. Unbelievable. Probably the first and last time I'm going to use this branch!

My partner and I had an awful experience with a Financial Advisor today named Durain K today. She asked us to come back to the branch for some forms she missed to give us and sign. It's her mistake why those documents were not signed in the first place and we went out of our way to visit the branch out of our busy schedule. Instead of explaining it nicely why those documents was not filled up, she made it looked like it was our fault while we don't know how the h*ll it happened! And then she proceeded with telling us we don't have enough money in the bank, keeps repeating it and in a shouting way! She was even teaching us about what asset is and for her asset is only cash. WTF. Any accountant would know that is not right! We despised her attitude towards us. We don't want to think it's because my partner and I are both asian and same sex couple. We will never go back to that branch again! That lady is horrible! By the way, we noticed that she has many plaques and awards in her office on customer service excellence, maybe it already went to her head! Please send her back to customer service reflesher course to remind her.
