Never had any good service from this bank and this particular branch. They did not treat me in a way to achieve a real customer satisfaction. The issue for which I requested their service was not processed in a professional and respectful way and the agents I dealt with was not professional, practical and did some major errors while processing my application and relied entirely on a mistakenly done paperwork by another agent in another branch. No one apologized then and they continued to communicate with me with a non responsible and unprofessional way.

DO NOT BANK WITH THIS RBC! They treated my daughter poorly. I don’t even know who is worst the branch manager or her assistant who does not speak English properly btw! Save your. Time and bank with another branch. For a bank within access of a large mall - they do a terrible job! Both the manager and assistant need to be fired!

What an experience I had. I’ve been with RBC for over 12 years and it’s beyond me what I’ve had to deal with in the last few weeks. The Assistant Manager pretended to assist a few weeks ago over the phone while I was away in Florida, she ensured the issue we had would be resolved, promised to check on the accounts, contact me if there were any updates and she did none of the above. I contacted the bank everyday for a week and left a message yet she did not call me back. Then when I went into the bank, she treated me as though she had no clue what I was talking about and ended it with we can only give you a $150 credit towards the acct. To be honest, she was great over the phone but in person, not so much. She was very sassy and made it appear as though as I was insignificant. To think this is my home branch but I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE! I will definitely be looking to switch my home branch when I’m back in town, if possible. Thank you to Karisi from the phone customer service who assisted me with resolving my issue. If it wasn’t for Karisi, I’d definitely be closing the accounts with RBC. She was fantastic!
