I drop into this branch often just to use the Green Machine. I’ve never had to use the counter services so I cannot comment on the level of customer service. Each time I’ve had to get some cash, the self service machines are able to dispense my funds so I’m happy! The location is convenient and there is enough parking to satisfy customers like me.

Jaeoh Suh was amazing. He answered all questions I had with regards to credit cards and banking. I'd give him more stars if I could. It's been a while since I've experienced excellent customer service. It's all about forming relationships and Mr. Suh clearly understands that. Greatly appreciate your knowledge. Thanks again.

The one star is not for the bank, it is only for the nice teller The bank is a mess and dirty, it look very old - I was surprise when we enter, I did not believe that GTA area still has branch like this. SO OLD fashion. But what is important is I want to drop to open my safety deposit Box and they told me I have to have an appointment I told them I do not have much time but I made it at 3:00 PM. I arrived 10 minutes before and I wait until 3:20 PM and I did not saw the face of the Financial Rep, that horrible. I approached the nice guy at the door and I told him that not good and we left For a Bank this is not professional. I am considering to open new Account in different bank :)

Went to the TD at 930 am on a holiday, Good Friday March 30th, and there were homeless people sleeping inside. Now putting any moral issues aside, its really uncomfortable because you are at an ATM withdrawing and they are asking you for money. First time I ever experienced this at any bank across Canada or even internationally.
