This is the most inefficient and unhelpful branch. People here are RUDE and unapologetic. Worst banking experience ever. They don't even listen to your problem.

I hate hate HATE the customer service at this branch. I don't know to who or how many times I have to complain. Let me just focus on my last visit there. I asked to see my safety deposit box and said I have things to do afterwords. The guy said okay. While I was in the room the ladies in the back were talking so loud about randomness- I could not concentrate on my numbers. Then when I was done the teller who originally "helped" me looked at me, asked if I'm okay and nodded before I could even say anything. Had to wait in line again. Now once I got to the front again I had a new teller. His name was Ron. He barely spoke, had the worst customer service and when I was leaving - no smile, no thank you- nothing. All he said with a straight face was "Ms. Hussain." I would recommend going to the Dundas and Dixie location. Svetlana is amazing there. I only opened an account with CIBC because of her. Regretting it big time seeing how WHACK the people at Dundas and Hurontario are.
