Poor customer service. I wish I had 0 stars to rate. I visited the branch thrice for applying a credit card. They would waste an hour to fill paper , sign and photocopy my ids and say the card will arrive in four business days. When I didn’t receive the card, I walked to the branch again. Both branch manager and advisor apologized that the previous colleague only opened checking account and forgot to apply credit card. This time the advisor wasted another precious one hour to redo everything again. Instead of card , after four days she wrote me an email to verify the address and income source as she missed to ask that day.

I only go there if I have no time to travel to another rbc location. Rude and unprofessional tellers working the business line. I had a business situation I was trying to resolve. Had to ask for a manager as "maria" was not capable of handling a simple request and was very unreasonable, unwilling, rude and arrogant. Later she avoided eye contact, did not apologize or acknowledge any wrong doing.

Super friendly and great staff and managers who really take care of you and your business and treat you like family. I dealt with this branch for my new business for last 2 years and never got disappointed. For sure and other business I may do in close future would be theirs.
