Customer service is really bad here. There is only one lady which is always friendly and smiling.

I very surprised by the terrible reviews of this branch as it does not represent the reality. This branch is my main branch I come in here at least once a week and it’s always been my experience that all the staff go beyond the call of duty for the clients. Even when faced with adversity like the latest where the branch was flooded due to the weather.... they’re always helpful, informative, and with an incredible warm attitude towards the clients... I just want to let the staff at this branch know that you’re very much appreciated. Thank you for all your work, and the extras you do. HM

Lousy customer service. They never return any calls!! There has been so many managerial changes at this branch that the service is less than acceptable.

This is most likely the worst branch I have ever been to. Service is slow and the staff is unhelpful. I came to deposit a cheque and I was told a 5 day hold was to be put on the cheque when all of my other cheques that have been deposited through the years had no such hold and the teller was insistent that she could not remove the hold. I went to another branch down the street and deposited the cheque with no questions asked. Awful. Will never return here!
