worst bank ever! Kaga I’m not sure how to spell her name Kaja is the worst teller she is not helpful and extremely rude. worst attitude and has no customer service skills. I would not bank here if I were anyone. She needs to be coached and trained as I purposely avoid her I do not want her touching my account. BMO needs to do better!

I was there on Thursday at 6:37pm , might I add every other Friday I am there to cash the same company cheque. The teller Kaja refused to cash my cheque and could not give me a reason and was not trying to help. I have been banking with this horrible company for well over 15 years. I asked for a manager she said she is but cannot help. Which I find confusing since this has never happened before and I have been banking with them for so long. There was 3 tellers just standing there chiming in and not assisting. I wrote to head office and was able to get the people on the online service to actually cash my cheque immediately no hassle no problem and I didnt even have to be there in person. All I had to do was deposit my cheque through the ap and within 3 minutes I had my money. Also once i left the store they deleted my email so i could not leave a review and the gentlemen on the phone was able to add it back. Maybe we shouldn't have tellers anymore since they are incompetent and the automated services seem to be more efficient and helpful. I will be following up on this. As they alerted the actual manager at the store and not the teller pretending to be the manager. I am going to the branch on Tuesday and will be following up with full names of the 2 tellers and I recorded the experience so anyone reading this do yourself a favour ... go to TD, CIBC just any place but BMO! no one deserves to be treated like that especially from a place where you trust your money.
