I am very disappointed with this RBC. I had a certified cheque to deposit to an RBC client and they refused to accept the Certified cheque. Mind you this cheque was certified from TD and from a Lawyers Trust Account. I wasnt able to deposit it because I didnt have a business account with them--- I do not think that is even policy and personally this branch is sooo slow, so by the time you get a teller you are frustrated when you realize they can't even deposit the funds. We even spoke with the manager and they also refused. It makes no sense why a branch would refuse a certified cheque to be deposited! I'm mind blown with this stupidity.

This location is small so you'll need some patience to get what you need. They have staff on site so if you need a service, they can provide it. It's best to make an appointment if you really need a service. The staff are very nice and try to accommodate your needs. The ATMs are now envelope free. I think all the ATMs are going this way. Convenient location with easy acess to majour roadways and public transportation.
