Went into this branch for the first time, just moved to the area n after waiting in line for a good amount of time the teller unapologetic, barely said Hello n arrogant. I had several things I needed to deal with but cut it short because the customer service was pathetic. My overall experience of Niagara Falls has been very positive but this really was the worst!!

Rude and mean staff. Made me feel very unwanted as a client.

I usually have zero issues at this location. The older women and men who serve me (a customer) aren usually normal people. This one Hispanic lady decided to be extremely rude to me. Why? I am a male her age and she most likely thinks I am "Interested" in her. Right, save you rude behavior for a night club beacuse I came for a bank draft not your number. Stefanie was rude beacuse I read her name tag. Sorry to disappoint you.

They lost my credit card application and then they lost my credit card. Overall TD is not a good bank anymore, and this branch is the worst I have been.
