This CIBC is very poorly managed. Unfortunately, I can’t give a zero star rating (Otherwise I would). I experienced extremely poor customer service at this location. I attended the branch to receive a new client card. I was tossed around the branch from associate to associate. They failed to find my account after I provided all forms of identification (including my client card number). I stated that I would pull up my online banking on my phone to make things easier. She was ignorant, and stated that wouldn’t be of any assistance. They took over 20 minutes, until I overheard them mocking me in the back office. Calling me both stupid and rude. I had enough at this point. I walked back into the office area and took all my forms of identification and left the establishment. Safe to say I will never be returning. In fact, I am cancelling over 10 years of services with CIBC and going to another service provider. Fortunately, I was able to attend Lundy’s lane. I was in and out with a new card in less than five minutes. Queen St Niagara Falls CIBC is very poorly managed. They made me very upset and uncomfortable. I shouldn’t feel this way when I am dealing with banking concerns. They failed to execute any form of solution and lost a valued client.
