Worst bank ever!!! They have the worst customer service on phone and in-person. I will be closing my account soon. I have met their financial advisors and they all seem disinterested in helping or providing any info about their products. CIBC is so much better than Scotiabank.

Terrible customer service - rude, lack of personnel and refusal to let clients use washrooms. Mary Petrusic is particularly vile and unpleasant.

I think that the managers need to train there employees again. I think they forget what good customer service is. I’ve never felt so out of place and uncomfortable in my life, they made it loud and clear they didn’t want me in there anymore and they didn’t like me. I was told not to roll my money because all they do is unroll it to count it, so of course i didn’t roll. The disrespect and attitude I got from Catherine was unexceptable. I will never go back into that scotia bank for any of my needs ever again, and I am thinking of switching banks to people who are glad to help and inform me on the proper procedures. I may only be 22 years old but I am definitely not a child, so please don’t talk down to me. Not satisfied at all.

I have been dealing with this branch for 21 plus years and now they are playing games. Today I had an appointment with Katy I show up and everyone is secretive about Katy turns out she was sick and then the manager thought it would be a good idea not to call me. So I wanted my time , I told the manager to call instead of assuming. There newest tellers do not listen to the customer . Shame on you Scotiabank
