I find that this is one of the better TD Canada Trust banks in Niagara Falls but just like the one at Lundys Lane and Dorchester Rd they've always got a line up and some days there's a fifteen to twenty minute wait and it seems to me that a big bank like them would try to treat their customers a little better days that they know are going to be busy they only have two or three wickets open but they're the better of the two if you happen to be handicapped there's more room to maneuver the chair or if you use canes you don't have to worry about being knocked over the TD is their own worst enemy they had an excellent location on Queen st in the Falls and was one of the busiest but they were the best laid out of all the branches and especially for the disabled and elderly but they closed it even though that is only branch on that side of Niagara Falls

They don't pick up the call and ask for voice mail, once you leave voice mail they will get back to you next year!

Had an appointment with Satwinder and waited forever before being seen bc she took her friends in first. Didn’t get brought in. Won’t be back.
