You can deposit your check at just about any other branch except this one. Unfortunately the people work here are terribly ineffective. I’ve had my account with Citizens for 10 years now, so the system has my maiden name and my new legal name. Depositing a check with either name was never a problem before. This branch however couldn’t figure out how to check for the maiden name. I had to travel 5 miles to the next branch to deposit the check

30 years a member at that location and refused to cash my personal check from that back , drivers license exp. 3 days

If I could score lower I would the rates are RIDICULOUS over drat $1 and get charged $35 REALLY closing the account asap
