Very disappointed. My first time at this bank and I came to open account, I brought in more than enough identification to open an account yet I was turned away. I drove all the home and decided to call them too. The representative said I had more than enough information and I drove back again. This time I was turned away for because there was nobody available. I wasted my gas and they're very contradictory.

if I can give no star rating I would. Do yourself a favor, avoid this bank. If you are my friend I will sincerely tell you to not do any business with this bank. The teller is incompetent and rude and does not think for the customer at all.

Sam the "supervisor" is very rude. She is very inexperienced in the field she should be demoted back to reception

I have been with Scotiabank for over 12 years. They recently had a change in hours which was long overdue, making them stay open longer through the week..(it still does not open until 930 am, which many people dislike. The service is uncomparable to that of other banks.
